14 year old Jimmy convinces his 16 year old brother, Vince, to wet his pants in order to get more attention from his parents. Evetually Jimmy convinces Vince to wet his bed too. Vince's mother begins to spank and treat her 16 year old son like a baby. When Vince's girlfriend learns of his new diapered condition, she decides to baby him too, which Vince finds very humiliating. Finally Vince's older brother, Rob, comes home from college only to find that he now has at a new "baby" brother. He blames it all on Jimmy, whom he forces into babyhood too.
