What's All The Fuss?

Anyone familiar with the Internet today knows that (as of June, 2000) a great deal of fuss is being made about PRIVACY on the net. Well, I say "duh".

DPF has been on the Internet almost since it first began to become popular many years ago. From the beginning I knew that privacy was important to most people. In fact, I have known this since DPF was started in 1980.

For this reason DPF has protected everyone's privacy since the beginning. In fact, some of the ways that we protect privacy are unique on the entire Internet, as you will see below.

Ways we protect privacy:

• Name and addresses are NEVER listed in our Roster (although post mail can be forwarded using our inexpensive Mail Forwarding system.
• Actual email addresses are NEVER listed in our Roster (although email can be sent to anyone using our unique email forwarding system.
• All processing of Credit Card information is done OFF LINE.
• The DPF Database that contains any of this information IS NEVER Online at any time.
• The DPF Store is on Yahoo, which is one of the most confidential places on the web.
• DPF has NEVER, NEVER ever given anyone's information to anyone for any reason whatsoever, and NEVER will.

So, although I understand the fuss, it has nothing to do with DPF.
