DPF is the world's oldest and the largest organization (by far)
in the world devoted to adult babies and diaper lovers. How old
is DPF, you may ask? Well, long before the Web, long before Windows,
before Mac's, before DOS, almost before the first commercial personal
computers were available, there was DPF. Beginning almost 20 years
ago, thousands of adult babies and diaper lovers around the globe
have been corresponding, meeting, having parties, finding mommies
or daddies, falling in love and forming permanent life-long relationships
- thanks to DPF. Since 1980, well over 15,000 people from all
over the world have found happiness in DPF. It is our fondest
hope that we can share this with you, too.
We believe that one of the most important ingredients to happiness
is sharing your feelings with other people who accept you and
love you for being just exactly who you are. This is the primary
(but not the only) goal of DPF. Many people who browse our pages,
together with an even greater number of people who are not yet
connected to the Web, are being linked together by DPF in new
and exciting ways, all which is described in some detail on these
pages.
From it's beginning in 1980, DPF was different than almost every
organization in the world in an important and unique way. DPF
does not recognize any significant differences (other than the
obvious one) between people of different sexual orientations.
Over the years, people associated with DPF have learned that gay
and straight people can intermix, can share what they have in
common, and can accept each other in friendship. They can meet
at parties, play together, correspond and share feelings and ideas.
They can give each other total acceptance - and it's great. To
help people get together, we schedule and report on parties held
all over the United States and in Europe and other parts of the
world too. We also sponsor a number of adult babysitting services
around the world.
We also offer the world's largest selection of products that satisfy
the needs of every adult baby or diaper lover, such as: stories,
comic books, videos, audio tapes, hypnotic tapes, and books on
every imaginable related subject. We have the largest selection
of plastic pants in many different styles, plus a huge collection
of cloth and disposable diapers and big baby clothes. We offer
so much, in fact, that it takes a 60 page catalog (or huge on-line
store) to describe it all. Our catalog is free, which in itself
is rather unique. Some of our publications are also free (if you
subscribe to the Newsletter). We are even beginning to make our
magazines and products available in a few bookstores and adult
boutiques all over the US.
But there's more - lot's more. We publish a Newsletter six times
per year which is so chock full of exciting information that each
issue is over 60 pages long and full of illustrations and photos.
The Newsletter is also available on our new on-line BabyClub.
The Newsletters contain the famous DPF "Roster", a detailed
listing of thousands of adult babies and diaper lovers everywhere
in the world. This Roster is coded to permit confidendial contacts
by snail mail, or contact via e-mail or (optional) telephone numbers.
A sample "Roster" is found on these pages. People who
wish to be "listed" on-line appear on our On-Line Roster
on these pages. The "COMPLETE" Roster, with 2,000 listings,
is available on our new on-line Babyclub.
A bit about confidentiality. The DPF Roster does not contain full
names or addresses. It does contain optional "coded"
E-Mail addresses and optional phone numbers. It is also coded
for easy, secure and confidential mail forwarding. Names and addresses
are maintained only in our master computer file (which is NOT
on-line) and are never, ever given or sold to anyone for
any reason whatsoever. This is an absolute guarantee, and
thousands of people trust us in this regard. This can not be stressed
too much.
DPF is an adult organization. but we do encourage teenagers to
browse our new Teen Forum. We do not support or condone, in any
way whatsoever, the involvement of "adults and children"
in any activity involving Infantilism. This also holds true for
our Web pages. DPF supports the idea of parents using currently
available software to control what their kids can and can not
see.
By now you're probably thinking "Wow" and trying to
catch your breath. I hope so. It's been exciting telling you a
bit about our organization. I hope you'll forgive me for "blowing
our horn" so much, but I felt you would want to know all
this. Now, I hope you go ahead and start having fun on these pages.
That's why you're here, isn't it? It is my great pleasure to welcome
you to DPF on the Web.
Sincerely, Tommy.

Historical Note about Andy
Andy is the picture you see at left. When DPF was founded in 1980, one of the first members (unfortunately we forgot who it was) sent this drawing with his first correspondence with Tommy. Tommy loved the drawing so much that he used it as part of the heading of the very first Newsletter. Andy has been at the top of every Newsletter since then - with one terrible exception.
Sometime about the fifth year of DPF, something terrible happened. Remember, before the days of personal computers, the picture of Andy had to be "pasted" manually at the top of every Newsletter before it went to the printer. Well, one time Tommy forgot to paste Andy's picture at the top of the page, and the Newsletter was mailed out without Andy's image.
You should have read the letters that soon began to pour in. The membership was terribly upset. "Where is Andy?", was the big question. "Please don't eliminate him", was the cry. When Tommy looked at the "master" copy he had sent to the printed, he saw that he had made a terrible mistake. With tears in his eyes he found a copy of Andy (in those days he made many Xerox copies) and pasted it on the "master". But it was too late, the Newsletter had already been mailed.
From that day on Tommy was very careful to be sure that Andy had his proper place at the head of every Newsletter.
