Teenagers are welcome to surf our pages because there is nothing here that they can not understand or deal with. DPF is registered with, and has been rated by "SafeSurf" - to be acceptable for teenagers. Safesurf not only provides a "rating" system for Web sites but helps parents control what sites their children can visit. NO CONTACT
DPF continues to do everything possible to prevent adults from
making direct contact with children in any activity related
to Infantilism. Everyone who lists in the printed or on-line DPF
Roster must be 18 or older and certify this on their on-line application
or sign a form saying, "I will not involve children in any
activities related to Infantilism". We
are firmly committed to this.
RESPONSIBILITY TO TEENAGERS
DPF feels a responsibility to help teenagers understand themselves
and feel better about themselves if they, too, love diapers or
enjoy "playing" baby. After all, virtually every adult
who enjoys this fetish today initially felt these desires when
they, too, were teenagers (or even younger).
